「用文字煮一首詩」的概念出發、 廚房場景為構思，

延伸出以烹飪的方式進行寫作，翻玩料理與寫作錯置的趣味。

 

開場的備料過程，就像是準備寫作前重要的儀式，

燈泡象徵必備的靈感與光線、 菜刀切出了鉛筆所乘載的文字、桿麵棍將稿紙攤平預備、

刷洗一顆顆電腦鍵盤以保新鮮。

而這次的主題是「亞洲」，也是整個料理的精華主角，

意象上的連結使用了一塊亞洲板塊，就好似煮湯必備的肉塊，是一鍋湯的基底與精華。

這塊亞洲會煲出一鍋什麼味道的湯？

And The theme of this time is “Asia," which is also the lead of the meal.

A piece of Asia is the base and essence of a pot of soup.

 

What kind of soup will stew from the Asia?
